Rachael See is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC). Rachael primarily counsels adults (age 24+) and couples, applying an interactive feminist approach that feels more like a conversation to empower her clients to embrace their autonomy. She specializes in Autism, ADHD, Depression, and Anxiety.
Rachael is trained in psychodynamic theory and provides interventions centered around a more collective approach, which includes DBT, CBT, narrative, introspection, exploration of emotions and relationship patterns, coping skills, mindfulness, psychosomatic focus, effective communication, and brain-gut health.
Rachael utilizes a direct solution-focused style of communication with her clients where you will lead your sessions as she processes alongside you in an attempt to increase your insight on how to further achieve your goals. Her interpersonal focus expands perceptions and perspectives in an attempt to enrich your interpersonal relationships through understanding and radical acceptance.
Rachael believes in treating the whole individual. Her integrative approach addresses the mind, body and spirit of her clients to promote long-term health and wellness that is self-sustainable. She also enjoys working with diverse populations and is a supporter of the LGBTQ+ community.
