Karabella is a third-year PhD student in the Counseling Psychology program at Purdue University who is a practicum student providing individual counseling under supervision.
Karabella utilizes a feminist, multicultural approach to therapy that emphasizes trust, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard in the therapeutic relationship.
She enjoys working with individuals from all walks of life but has particular interest in supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community and folks of color or other marginalized folks in general. Karabella has experience working with adults with a range of experiences such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, body image concerns, relational difficulties, trauma, and questions of identity. Karabella firmly believes that therapy can be beneficial for everyone and that empathy, safety, and collaboration in the counseling space are paramount.
Karabella lives in Lafayette with her partner and many plant babies and enjoys reading fiction, singing, listening to music, DJing, dancing, and spending time with friends.
