Dr. Christopher Black is a Licensed Counseling Psychologist who works with individuals aged 17+ in a variety of modalities including therapy, coaching, and psychological assessment. His areas of expertise and interest include mood disorders, ADHD coaching, relationship difficulties, grief, self-worth concerns, identity issues, and anxiety.
Deciding to address life challenges head on can be difficult. Dr. Black strives to provide a welcoming and confidential environment where clients feel safe exploring their most vulnerable issues. Using an approach informed by interpersonal, humanistic, and cognitive-behavioral therapies, Dr. Black works with his clients to set personal goals and overcome the barriers that have kept them from achieving their vision for their lives.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys discussing movies with friends, attempting to create Bob Ross style landscape paintings, and spending time with his dog Silver.
Chris is in-network with Anthem/BCBS and Purdue UHCSR.
