Annette Brehm is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in the treatment of children and teens, ages 12 and up.

 

Annette is experienced in assisting clients and their families with problems such as ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Autistic Spectrum disorders (ASD), depression, anxiety, trauma (e.g., sexual abuse, domestic violence), loss (e.g., death of a loved one, moving), and life adjustment problems. Annette utilizes a developmental perspective, age-appropriate cognitive-behavioral (CBT) strategies, parent training, attachment theory, age-appropriate mindfulness training and solution-focused therapy.

 

She also counsels individual adults with a wide range of issues. She utilizes treatment strategies informed by family systems, trauma recovery, EMDR, mindfulness, CBT, Internal Family Systems, interpersonal effectiveness, and, if requested by the client, spirituality.

 

Annette is married, has two grown children, and lives in West Lafayette.


Annette is in-network with Anthem/BCBS and Purdue UHCSR.
